IDR is seeking a Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves working within a research organization on various projects that include front-end, back-end, database, and reporting technologies. The company offers a collaborative environment focused on innovation and technical excellence.
Position Overview for the Software Engineer:
- Develops, tests, documents, and supports web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Collaborates with team leads, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Works on projects involving front-end, back-end, databases, and reporting tools
- Provides on-call support as needed to ensure continuous operation of applications
- Uses a range of tools and technologies including React, .NET, C#, REST API, and SQL databases
Requirements for the Software Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or Associates’ degree with additional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in software development with knowledge of relevant languages and tools
- Experience with React and React Native
- Proficiency with .NET and C#
- Strong understanding of REST API and Microservices architecture
