This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality, governance, and lifecycle management of Configuration Management data within ServiceNow. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow CMDB Administrator:

• Serve as the owner of Configuration Management data quality and governance.

• Maintain the health, integrity, and accuracy of the CMDB.

• Support Discovery, integrations, governance initiatives, and data certification efforts.

• Collaborate closely with developers, administrators, platform owners, and business stakeholders

Required Skills for ServiceNow CMDB Administrator:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow CMDB Administration experience.

• Proficiency in CMDB Workspace, Data Manager, and Data Certification Policies.

• Experience with CSDM 4.0 or 5.0, ServiceNow Discovery administration, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with Asset Management and CI lifecycle management.
