Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Benefits Administrator:

- Oversee and manage retirement plan administration
- Utilize your human resources experience to enhance our client's HR practices
- Work in a hybrid model, balancing between remote and on-site work
- Engage in a 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Required Skills for Senior Benefits Administrator:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven expertise in retirement plan administration
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
