IDR is seeking a Quality Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role supports quality validation for enterprise, .NET-based applications through a mix of manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software outcomes with a strong focus on API testing and test automation.
Position Overview for the Quality Engineer :
- Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure application quality across enterprise environments
- Lead API testing and validation using Postman within .NET-based systems
- Build and execute automated test cases, including Selenium-based automation frameworks
- Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing in Agile teams
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution while maintaining testing documentation
Requirements for the Quality Engineer :
- 6–9+ years of Quality Assurance and Testing experience including both manual and automated testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman
- Experience developing and executing automated test cases
- Experience with Selenium automation frameworks
- Experience testing .NET Core applications
