IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role will support the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple analytics initiatives in a highly regulated environment focused on program performance and monitoring. You’ll lead cross-team efforts that translate complex requirements into actionable plans and clear, non-technical communication for leadership.
Position Overview for the Program Manager:
- Translate complex analytics project intakes and business requirements into clear, actionable plans for prioritization and implementation.
- Lead hybrid delivery approaches, creating Agile sprint cycles (epics and stories) and supporting Waterfall project planning and required artifacts.
- Manage program execution across multiple Agile teams through scrum of scrum ceremonies while applying SAFe principles.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program staff, supporting federal, state, and internal reporting data needs.
- Drive AI prompting and data synthesis strategies, ensuring outputs are validated and aligned with reporting standards, data governance, and compliance requirements.
Requirements for the Program Manager:
- 8+ years of experience translating complex analytics project intakes and business requirements into clear, actionable plans for prioritization and implementation.
- 8+ years of experience explaining complex data initiatives in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leaders of all levels.
- 8+ years of experience in complex data programs as a senior project manager and/or data liaison role.
- 8+ years of experience collaborating with end-users, performance analysts and agency leaders to validate project/program reports and presentations for monitoring and official reporting.
- 8+ years of excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
