IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role involves leading the full lifecycle of complex, multi-workstream programs within the energy or utility industry. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale software implementations, manage diverse stakeholder groups, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
Position Overview for the Program Manager:
- Lead the management of large, complex projects with a focus on software implementations and utility sector initiatives
- Oversee program lifecycle activities including planning, progress tracking, risk management, and resource coordination
- Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure project deliverables align across multiple workstreams and meet established milestones
- Drive progress and maintain strategic coordination among project teams and vendors
Requirements for the Program Manager:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with large and complex projects
- Proven experience managing a project budget of $10M or greater
- Demonstrated ability leading large-scale software implementations
- Strong vendor management experience, including RFP process, SOW creation, and financial oversight
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
