IDR is seeking a Physical Release Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Beverly Hills, California. This role is within the entertainment industry, focusing on managing physical supply chain processes related to music releases. Position Overview for the Physical Release Coordinator:
- Coordinate the collection and organization of assets required for preorders and new music release setups
- Manage physical supply chain processes to ensure timely distribution and availability of music products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline catalog reorder procedures
- Oversee catalog reordering tasks and maintain accurate records of release assets
- Support administrative functions related to physical product releases and supply chain activities
Requirements for the Physical Release Coordinator:
- 1-3 years of physical supply chain experience preferred, not required
- 1-3 years of music industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
