Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner:- Collaborate with business leaders to design innovative solutions that attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
- Provide coaching and support to senior leadership on HR issues.
- Develop succession plans, talent pipelines, and retention strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Recommend proactive HR strategies and initiatives to address business needs and challenges.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives related to organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Lead small to medium scale projects.
Required Skills for HR Business Partner:- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience.
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and workforce planning experience.
- Ability to coach leaders and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Required certification: SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR.
