Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:

• Deliver expert-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President and other senior leaders, ensuring seamless operations and effective time management. • Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and make necessary schedule adjustments to align with organizational needs. • Coordinate and execute logistical requirements for meetings, events, and conferences, both in-person and virtual. • Oversee department recordkeeping, including financial data, and assist in budget preparation and reconciliation. • Serve as a liaison with support service departments and external vendors to maintain business relationships.

Required Skills for Executive Assistant:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting executives in a complex environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professional email etiquette. • Ability to build trust quickly and navigate large organizations effectively. • Proactive mindset with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs.
